Slutty Brownies Quick Recipe

My favourite cake ever, is of course, slutty brownies. Every time certain friends birthdays' come round, they beg me to make this even though it is so easy! I enlist their help every time, so its made in 10 mins.
I always use mixes because its so simple, and the Betty Crocker mixes are the best.
All you need is:
- Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
- 65ml vegetable oil (around 4 tbsp)
- 25ml water (around 2 tbsp)
- 1 medium free range egg
- Chocolate Fudge Brownies
- 40ml vegetable oil (2 tbsp)
- 75ml water (5 tbsp)
- 1 medium free range egg
- Double Stuff Oreos
- (You can use normal oreos but I always think double stuff is better)
Directions
- Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Line the bottom of an 8x8 baking tray with tin foil and then spray with baking spray.
- Make the brownie layer per box instructions (without baking). Set the batter aside.
- Repeat with the cookie mix.
- Put it together!
- Start by pressing the cookie dough into the bottom of the pan, making sure to create an even layer.
- Then add a layer of Oreos on top of the cookie dough. Put them as close together as possible without putting them on top of each other.
- Finally pour the brownie batter on top of the Oreo layer. Make sure its even.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes. Test with a knife to see if the center is done. It's okay if the knife has some brownie on it. The cookie layer takes less long to bake so you've got to be careful not to over bake it!
- (You don't have to use mixes you can do it from scratch if you have the time, I'm just not that great in the kitchen haha!)
